Service desk Analyst for a worldwide packaging company. 1st line support for the Global Service desk working with
colleagues on the regional sites. Using Various Technology’s including Office 365 AD. Liaising with Service partners
when required to Maintain SLA’s.
• 1st line support for the Global Service desk.
• Produce and Report Weekly Reports for the IT department.
• Global Admin for SharePoint.
• Attended and passed the ITIL Foundation v3 Course.
